Our offer for organizations

We are Workshop Designers

We support organizations in the design of training programs focused on solving specific challenges through the use of the creative methodologies in our tool kit. We encourage the “train the trainers” approach to help embed these new strategic tools within the organization.

We are facilitators

Whether it be for our open enrollment offerings, or for a co-created program, we are able to (co)facilitate your chosen forum with highest standards of delivery.

We are hosts

We offer professional event management services both locally and internationally.

In Munich, we gave birth to COKREA®, our first spin-off. COKREA® is a place to rent and to learn from others that embodies our philosophy and our co-creative nature.

Learn about our creative methodologies in a nutshell

WHAT

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving method where participants are led through a series of questions. Each participant builds his/ her own three-dimensional LEGO® model in response to the facilitator´s questions using specially selected LEGO® Bricks. The 3D Models that result serve as the basis for individual thinking, group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.

HOW

A trained facilitator guides the LSP process:
• Question: the facilitator formulates questions based on the goals of the meeting/workshop.
• Construction: each participant is asked to build a 3D model from LEGO bricks as an answer to the question.
• Sharing: each participant explains the meaning of his or her 3D model
• Reflection: from the input given by each participant, the peers and facilitator reflect on each model by posing questions about it and its meanings.

WHY

Play has been proven to be a social activity that has impacts beyond sheer amusement. Play enhances resilience, adaptation and idea generation, and maximizes the full potential, insight, confidence and commitment of all of the people around the table.

WHAT

A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value. The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool introduced by Alex Osterwalder in his bestselling book, “Business Model Generation”. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model.

HOW

It is an easily understood visual tool to help describe and analyze organizational business models clearly in one page (9 blocks).

WHY

Organizations are rapidly changing. In order to have the speed necessary to adapt effectively, you should be one step ahead. Business Model thinking improves communication and aids in the development of strategies to make that happen.

WHAT

It is a simple yet powerful way to apply the power of Business Model Thinking to personal career redesign and management. In his book, “Business Model You”, Tim Clark uses an easily understood visual tool to teach you how to describe and analyze both enterprise and “personal” business models. This tool shows you how to align your personal goals and beliefs with your career aspirations.

HOW

The nine blocks of the Business Model thinking tool are applied to you as an individual. With the help of an inquiry process led by a certified facilitator, individuals can find pain points and learn how to solve them to help them excel in their own professional and/or personal trajectories.

WHY

Business Model thinking offers a method for systematically tackling questions like: How can I add value? How can I sell myself and my idea? How can I define my professional Identity?
